The Generalists in Medical Education (TGME) annual conference will be held on, November 4-6 in Anaheim California! This year’s conference theme is:
“New Teams for New Times: Collective Wisdom in Medical Education”
Times of widespread change require forming new kinds of teams. As the landscape of healthcare shifts beneath our feet, driven by rapid technological integration, evolving patient needs, and a global emphasis on health equity, the traditional silos of medical education are no longer sufficient. To meet the challenges of tomorrow, we must move beyond the “individual expert” model and embrace the power of the collective. Our theme, New Teams for New Times: Collective Wisdom in Medical Education, is a call to action for educators, practitioners, students, and researchers. It is an invitation to explore how we can intentionally design teams that bridge disciplines, hierarchies, and geographies to foster a more resilient and innovative learning environment.
The Generalists in Medical Education conference is where health professions educators and students from across the United States and other countries gather to make connections, share ideas, grow professionally, and discover solutions to challenges in teaching and learning.
You are invited to submit a proposal for this year’s conference. Come share your research and innovations in medical and health science education!
